The location was excellent, with supermarkets and a variety of restaurants right at our doorstep. We found it quite convenient as we could easily hop on public transport, especially with our little ones in tow. Our room was spacious and came with a very comfy bed, which was a relief after a long day of exploring Matosinhos. The breakfast was satisfactory, catering to different tastes, and the staff was friendly. During our stay, we also enjoyed the nearby Leixões Sea Port, where my children loved watching the boats come and go, offering us a lovely family outing. One aspect that stood out to me was their understanding and accommodating staff. When we faced a flight delay, they allowed us to store our luggage while we explored, making our travel experience less stressful. In a nutshell, I recommend this hotel particularly for families looking for practicality, comfort, and a supportive atmosphere.
